Hello Amy, first off, theres a spell-check feature below, I suggest you use it because interpreting what your saying isn't my cup of tea. ;)
Here are a few things to check before going furthur:
-Is the pg-qvm (v1.6.5 latest) installed properly?
-How are you telling your server to execute these commands? (ex. adding a command line in your server.cfg that links to another .cfg or adding the commands directly in the server.cfg file?)
-Show us your server log, to do this, open up your server window and whatever is on it, copy and paste it here.
-Make sure you spelled the commands properly
-Copy and paste your server.cfg and/or the .cfg file thats executing these commands here
Check for the above and tell us if your problem is fixed. If we could get a log of your server, we can actually start helping you. :)

To get back on topic:
Did you do a !readconfig after changing the admin.dat? It is automatically overwritten with updates at the end of maps, so any changes would be lost unless you do a !readconfig or change it when the server is off.

amy has not been back in almost two weeks. Hendrich attempted to help almost immediately but there has been no follow-up in two weeks, longer than it took amy to reply on an earlier topic. I'd recommend that amy pay attention to her/his/its topics and post requested information in a timely manner—but I kind of doubt that amy will read this.
This topic serves no purpose if the OP abandons it.
