Cannot happen in the currect clan scene. Skilled players are already gobbled up. The rise of any skilled clan will happen through gradually training noobs (yeah, right) or devouring the remains of another clan as it dies (much more likely).

Dude... sure it does.  I mean we got bullseye, alma, and mexel and they're all very shittyskilled players
