Just wondered if this had any significance regarding the future of tremulous (i.e. v1.2). Any thoughts?

First Post!
Doesn't really affect trem in any adverse way. Version release is just another tag in svn, Tremulous allready gets regular merges from ioq3 (though we are due one soon). So for all real purposes we are allready running the "latest" version of ioq3 :)

discussion about ioq3's new release really should go here (http://ioquake.org/forums/)
yes the sole purpose of that link was to make everyone's eyes bleed from "hello sarge"
Hehe, Trem forums are more populated than those forums

Those forums have the best theme I have ever seen on a forum. Yes, even better than this theme. :(
That's ok, feel good knowing I implemented both of them \o/
And I agree, Hello sarge is the best theme ever.

You are a God among men, Khalsa. A GOD, do you hear me?
Needs a wee bit of work, but I have never seen anything so cool in my entire life.
Sorry for being cynical but OH NOES, I suppose now trem 1.2 needs another 2 years development to upgrade to the new version of ioquake
well if you read the top you would realise that they don't

Probably takes eh, 30 minutes for the devs to merge in ioq3 updates. They do it regularly, not by versions, by svn
revisions. :)
