this new map gloom and meep b2 arent working weath win nt dont know why :(

Where did you save them to?  Are they pk3 files?

You probably have the zip/pk3 problem... download the map from http://www.tremulous.info and unzip it to you tremulous/base folder. It should work then... ;)
