when i use it it says
Code: [Select]
Last login: Wed Feb 25 11:34:57 on console
Welcome to Darwin!
William-Bratts-Computer:~ Will$ /Users/Will/.radiant/1.5.0/qe3bsp.sh
/Users/Will/.radiant/1.5.0/qe3bsp.sh: line 3: q3map2.ppc: command not found
William-Bratts-Computer:~ Will$

i am using macs terminal and the Qe3bsp.sh folder in my .radiant folder. anyone know whats wrong?

EDIT: also this is what is inside the Q3bsp.sh
Code: [Select]
#!/bin/sh

"q3map2.ppc" -v -game tremulous -fs_basepath "/Applications/Tremulous/" -fs_game base -meta "/Applications/Tremulous/base/nominous.autosave.map" > "/Users/Will/.radiant/1.5.0/junk.txt"

when i use it it says
Code: [Select]
/Users/Will/.radiant/1.5.0/qe3bsp.sh: line 3: q3map2.ppc: command not found <--- this has a meaning.

Just a wild guess, but perhaps q3map2 is either not installed or not in your $PATH. If it is installed, try using the complete path to q3map2.ppc.

(not helping here but) for future reference flesh eater, zipping a .pk3 is pointless as a .pk3 is a .zip file aswell.

Use DETAIL brushes. All walls - solid. All other brushes must be DETAIL. =]
while developing you can make huge box with sky texture and have all detail (except sky box, sure =).
Its greatly improve vis compile time =]

So, I downloaded the map, the textures were borked and I didn't have the willpower to fix it, so I substituted a few.

I set detail brushes and structural brushes. The -vis took about five seconds. Oh, the power of detail (brushes).
