you know you've been mapping too long when...

you find your house to be a boxmap with modelspam, and begin adding random boards to improve the geometry.

you get annoyed at a wall with excess texture tiling, and wish you could break up the monotony by adding some greeble.

you notice your house is poorly optimized, and attempt to place hint brushes...

you press 's' in other applications when you want to hax up a image.

you dream of random brushwork...

You are trying to reduce quality of your wallpapers to reduce the pk3 size.

You accidentally smash your head at the door, expecting it to automatically slide into the wall

You are surprised that hitting a lamp with a hammer makes it break.

You always try to glue objects to where they are placed, unless they have a strictly defined rails.

Edit : You never put 2 mirrors facing each other in a room.

Noclip doesn't work

You always wonder what fps are you running at the moment.

JPG and BPM formats look exactly the same.

Winter in Matrix is a period of time when servers are maintained, thats why they fill the whole world with snow and paint the sky into a monotone grey, to reduce the fps rates and CPU load.

You wake up, step in a puddle, and think of the leak error you got when you compiled.
