Title: Need instructions for configurating the server,

Hey guys, I just got a server hosted and I don't know how to custom it (admin levels, commands, recon password, etc.). I'm using Lakitu's QVM v5.5, by the way.

Can anyone tell me some instructions for these stuff? Or at least give me a link to an "idiot's guide" or something?

The only problem is that I know nothing. I could barely change the server's name...

edit the server.cfg with notepad
