I keep imagining and/or dreaming about how the world ends. That and my impending doom in some unavoidable manner. None of these happen during the day of course, only when I sleep. I don't think I'm going crazy, but then again most serial killers don't think so either... :-[
Anyone else have similar experiences?

Yes, every once in a while. I think that's normal for people to have that periodically. Especially now.

Also, I'm betting the United States will be in a revolution by the year 2011.
So much for my college plans.... :-[
Oh crap, sorry.

Yeah, that topic and this one go hand in hand methinks.

The world ends when the strings of intertwining destinies are tied as knots. Steps that could have been molded into ladders are shunned as pathways for a future, thus we maybe going forward into the future but we're not going where we should be- up. The fate of the entire human civilization was, is and always has been known that one day we shall fall, but where? Until we begin to see higher priorities we shall continue our walk of death, dragging our own fleash and blood behind us, as their children will do so too, etc, etc.
This is nothing new, everybody develops these thoughts in time and it shows that we are human- curious creatures that decide to look further. But all murderers of human flesh should be envied- in the end, only they know the true value of a life. Curiosity killed the cat, they say.

Yep. But you can always read art like Clive Barker's Book of Blood or watch 5-hour movies of politicians talking about the end of the world to get you going. I suggest that its best to do things that makes you happy, because the feeling of impending Doom isn't going to help your day, so do something like go outside and enjoy life as it is.

Life isn't meant for enjoyment.

@OP: While the old media dies screaming for your attention, its cries becoming increasingly more strident and dire: Apocalypse Imminent - Film @ 11!!! They want to inundate you with images of just how terrible things could be if you don't watch the local news, read the USA Today, or listen to the Armageddon-worshiping daily diatribes of basic cable. Face it, there are more and more increasingly-marginalized media outlets out there, all vying for your viewer share, from the History & Weather Channels to the pundits & spinsters of CNN, MSNBC, FOX, etc. They've got to fill 24 hours of every day with content. And the best way to keep you coming back, feeling like you need their constant flow of bedazzling bullshit and baffling double-speak? Keep you feeling like the world is ending, and if you'll just stayed tuned, we'll tell you how to survive the rapture/singularity/end-of-the-world-as-we-know-it. Right after these messages.
:P ;) 8) :D ;D

Reminded me of this. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIvt6VxNPW0)
Strangely enough I don't watch much T.V., or follow many news outlets at all. I try to, but it all blends in after a while for these exact reasons. :)
