I was just playing World of Warcraft and then...
Didn't someone, somewhere, say that it came from a generic sound effects CD? For one thing, that seems modified. So it's not the same. Plus, I think that a lot of things sound exactly like the Dragoon.
Now, if it sounded like a granger, then the Tremulous community as a whole would have to sue their pants off, then beat them on the heads with the pants.
