a) Invasion mode
It can be great when tremulous offers invasion mode.
In this mode aliens should traveled from base to one of destination point. Humans should also protect civilians. When aliens had transport more of body into destination than humans count on the map, aliens win.
On the map should be many civilian villages. If some humans seen alien he took cellar phone and inform military. I don't know tremulous concept(where world history was described?), so sorry of bad suggestions.
b) Bodyguard mode
Humans and Aliens have computer player, which must sometimes traveled to get new orders. When we lost them or hi is late, we are losers.
c) Defense mode
Humans should defense against aliens. Humans don't receive cash for killing enemies, but it can get it from the map.

There's no AI.

Umm, honestly I have no clue what your talking about most of the time, try working on grammar. (Or find someone who speaks english better if it's not your first language.)
But, like David said, there's no real AI, and, while these could be possible, it would be WAY WAY WAY to much work for the end result.

There is this mod where as alien, you have to take human souls (granger or basi ''picks'' up dead human body) and take them to the overmind in order to advance stages.
Humans can also pick up dead human bodies to save their teammate's soul XD
Thers more to the mod tho.
Its quite fun, I liked it.

well there is the xserverx C server which has pathfinding AI that proves pretty challenging and fun depending on the map. I especially like the human vs human server they also have up. It would be sweet if they made that an official game mode. lol
