So, this problem has been confusing me for a bit. I had some lights in my two corridor map, whatever, they were fine, but than I decided they were a bit too bright. I changed the values of light, but it didn't seem to have an effect. I tried making it really dark, it still seemed the same. So I deleted those lights and built.... The lighting was still the same. So, I deleted all lights in this little map, and than made 1 dull light. And compiled and tested it out.... still the SAME lighting. I am thoroughly perplexed. Why is this the case? When I had been putting lights in before, they worked like normal. Mind I am still an extreme novice to radiant, so I may be doing something extremely foolish.... Please help. Oh, and ignore that half-invisible dirt mound. ;)

shader lights? not rebuilding the light stage?
-
Light stage has definetly been rebuilt. I used the same type I did when the lights worked fine.
And I'm not exactly sure what a shader light is :-\ but I just right clicked and selected light... Again, it worked before, but than, some lights decided not to be deleted....

You know certain shaders cast light?
-
...and often (but not always) produce superior results to entity lights. The textures on the lights - were they light-emitting shaders from the stock maps?
-
Yes, seems shader lights here =) Try change all 'lamp' textures to other textures temporally and you will got your darkness. =]

Ah, I'm an idiot. (Or, just ignorant.) Thanks guys, that was the problem. Yea, I started about yesterday, so.... ::)
