Windows is a bit complicated to compile with unless you are a very understanding person that knows how to read a tutorial.  Using linux to compile is the best thing to do.  Really and truthfully you should ask someone to compile for you, or use Lakitu's QVM.

If you would like to know more information about compiling, just message me.
Linux only please. ;)

cause like, compiling on linux totally makes windows binaries. (unless you install the mingw toolchain, but who does that?!)

QVM's are cross-platform, in that case, Linux does make windows binaries :).
