Your design doesn't follow some natural evolution rules.
As a race evolves to a more advanced and intelligent life form, it tends to be weaker and have slower regeneration rate.

Nice concept though :)

as much as i hate it to say, but i hate the idea of this alien.
It would be overpowered and impossible to go into most places (it's walking on 2 legs, while the tyrant on 4 legs is huge already)

actually I think it has 3 legs :D but the upper body is a bit too human-like, might want to mess with that and maybe add a second pair of clawed hands.
