Title: Is there a way to...?
Post by: Man of Tacos on May 28, 2009, 12:06:08 am
Just by chance, and if someone has tried this. I would like to know how and if possible. My question is: Is there a way to make Tremulous maps on Valve's Hammer Editor?

... No formats are completely different. (Hammer uses '.vmf' while Gtk uses '.map' (Also checked the content of a '.vmf' comletely different to '.map' files) and the '.bsp' i doubt will work either even assuming someone set up the entities) My question to you is: WHY!??!?! Gtk Radiant is far easier to use then Hammer (imo (I have used both)), how could you want to use it?

it's RADIANT, not GTK. GTK is a toolkit.

GTK: GIMP-Toolkit. It is a toolkit made to get gimp to work.

Radiant uses GTK to create windows and other fancy stuff ;-)

GTK is extremely extensible.
a good showcase is XFCE
GTK+/ASN suit

some other heavily modded XFCE using GTK+ window engine
