OK so I got Overdose18 (http://Overdose18.googlepages.com) and I need to compile it. How do I do that?

There is nothing to compile.
Just drop the pk3 in and it should work (on servers that allow it)

To compile "Overdose18" you take his mommy and daddy, put them in a dark room with a bed, alcohol and some porno. Then you fast forward on your time machine until he reaches 18 years of age.
