Title: sound trouble

Hey I got on trem and my sound is very faint. I checked my sound settings and its all the way up, but i can hear hardly anything. Everything else on my computer is fine on sound. Just Trem. Help please.

could you be more specific
i.e. windows or linux
and have you checked the software mixer for vista/alsa and the volume knob on your speaker (if you have one)

Im on Vista. and Its my labtop and yes volume is set all the way up

increase s_volume a bit.

ok so i do that in console correct? so it would be /s_volume then what? what is highest settings I can go? I iwll go down from there till its right. thanks kevlarman

tried the s_volume and it did nothing. Any other ideas? thanks

what was s_volume set to? and what did you change it to.

mine is at 1.0, and it says default is 0.8, and i set it to .8 and it did nothing

since you said your on vista
click the speaker in your toolbar over that way ->
and youll see a blue link below the slider bar that says mixer
click it and make sure tremulous isnt turned down.
(if your on a vanilla client open task manager should get you out of fullscreen without closing the game, or put it in windowed mode)
