How do I bind so when I press a button it says the thing I want?

To speak to your team only, it goes like this:

Open the console

Type
/bind x "team_say whatever the hell you want to say"

This will bind x to say to your team "whatever the hell you want to say"

I don't know what the command is to say something to everyone.

Close, but you had it the other way around.

Open console
/bind x "say YOUR MESSAGE HERE" will bind x (or any key of your choosing) to say to everyone "Your Message Here" (Obviously you'd change that to your message.

To communicate just to your team, use say_team instead of say.

And, for the love of god, don't spam.  :)

Also, to unbind a key just use /unbind *insert binded key you want to unbind*
