Greeting's.....You know how people have IP's that are static and dynamic,so when some1 add's their server to favourite's day after they can't join cause server has another ip it changed so by thinking i come up by an anormous idea, could the dev's add a fix in a Trem 1.2 that player can make server by using url's like.....set net_urlip funserver.co.uk......i forgot how's that called....whatever.....would you like to do it???

No.
Sorry, only English is the accepted language on this forum, except for the two subforums for French and Italian.
People using dynamic IPs shouldn't really be hosting, anyways. If they insist on doing it, they should use a service such as http://dyndns.org

I *think* what he's asking is that servers can tell your their dynamic domain so idiots don't have to /connect.
Doubt it's really worth all the effort.

So, instead of connecting/faving an IP one would fav a domain name?
-
if it was done in the server list it'd be automatically saved as a domain name. if the domain doesn't resolve it fails over to the last resolved IP address, and if it can't contact that, it just puts it up as the domain:port as it does with IP as of now.

The problem is knowing the domain, the only way is to trust the server operator.
It's been proved repeatedly that there are plenty of nut-jobs around who live to fuck with stuff, so adding more stuff for them to screw with isn't a great idea.
Anyway, it's adding another layer of abstraction to go wrong that will only benefit dynamic hosts who are unreliable anyway.
