this QVM hopes to give some new game play features that default to OFF and alot more power to admins. some of the work is from other well known qvms( P-G QVM cQVM ts-QVM AA-QVM Rezyn QVM the old tw-QVM and also latiku7 QVM which was used as a base ) all credit info can be found in the features wiki page on the project page
this should hopefully be the last release before 1.2 some admin.dat changes has been made for some features to work(shouldn't bother other qvms thought they should just ignore the changes and overwrite them)
biggest change will be the addition of Mods(they will be up in a few days i lost 1 .patch and i have to make a new one) and they all will be offered in the HUGE release. Some should be considered alpha those are Arcade(release 15 i MAY have missed some parts that need to be reverted but it all seems to work) and AMP(since i havent had much time to test this 1)
new features since 1.0:
- some things are kept during reconnect(mutes votecount etc)
- turrets droop when it has no power
- Admins can only adjust bans made by same level or lower admins
- g_MinDeconLevel added
- Improvements to /mark that allow selection of either build points or marked buildables to be used first
- Improved Invisible - now you can use commands also you dont need to be in spectator(itll move you automatically)
- adjusted showban output to fit in the new info(level of the admin banner etc)
- custom votes
- allflags now doesnt give all flags. flags prefixed with a .(dot) are left out
- added .nochat and changed allowvote to .novote
- latest latiku7 code + bugfixes etc
- Mods offered(ambush, invasion AMP, serverside demoing, arcade)(mods coming in next few days)
- VIP clients feature removed

there's a script to change your admin.dat between latiku7,tw-qvm to slackersqvm in downloads section.
the new flags are much better they wont be reverted.
latiku7 qvm next release will have the exact same change too(since that's where they are from).
