This guy has been sitting on my HD for a while and I just recently (tonight) found it again. Turned it into a wallpaper for all to enjoy.

but if u actulay stop to look they look damn funny

Yeah.. if that had been a filter.. that was a very very very good filter...

If you have never seen hand-drawn pictures in Photoshop before, enjoy this one. There are many skilled artists out there who don't need Filters, just a tablet, a pen, photoshop and a lot of experience and time.

I'll choose not to respond to your comments.  I had noticed, after using photoshop a bit myself, this didn't look like any filters I've seen; plus you can see there are places where brushes were used (round circle on black background).
