Hello everyone, my name is Cosmonaut. I spend most of my time building things, and have become somewhat developed as a primary builder, finding good places to put things and strategies such as blocking and sealing off a hallway to eliminate intrusions from both sides, and planting eggs in good areas such as a crevice, cliff side, places where humans would not be able to reach without jetpacks or unable to find due to advanced darkness within the area. My best combat alien is the advanced Basilisk, able to disorient and poison the humans going at a large speed in a circular motion (Although making me insanely dizzy sometimes) making me near impossible to hit without something that inflicts splash damage. While the Poison Gas takes effect, the humans, of course, disoriented and being left for my team mates. I hang around the ceilings and walls and almost never touch the ground when in my advanced basilisk form, making passing much easier. :granger: :basilisk:
As a human, I am still of course a builder. I can't shoot very well with something automatic, but i shoot better with the Mass Driver. For me the humans are difficult to master, but i rank decently in the human category. I do not jet pack camp. I perfere standing on the ground and fighting them leg-to-leg... in a manner of speaking.
Pros of recruiting me (In general):
(Humans/aliens) I follow orders, and execute operations of precise standards.
(Mostly alien) I am excellent at building and making traps
(Alien)I lack motion sickness, meaning i move on walls and ceilings at a fast pace and can easily evade enemy attacks that do not have AOE capabilities
(Human) I keep my distance from the enemy, and work well with long-ranged weapons (Very long ranged weapons).
(Alien) As a grounger, during times of desperation, I put the slowing power of the spit and the poison power of the booster to good use and slow enemies.
(Alien) As mentioned, When I am in the basilisk form, being able to move at a fast pace, I crawl on the ceilings, walls, floor, in a circular spring motion constantly making gas clouds, disorienting the enemy. Advanced Basilisk is my primary combat class.
(Human) I don't jetpack camp because it's insanely retarded.
(Humans/aliens) Always find cover, always execute attacks when the enemy is at my desired range.

And i will not beat around the bush or hide anything, unfortunately, there are Cons
Cons of recruiting me (In general):
I normally need orders in precise detail (Where, when, and sometimes how)
I sometimes need the orders repeated three times (At most) for me to see to it that it is precisely what you want me to do.
I am afraid of making mistakes, which gives me a three second delay to confirm that it is infact the precise order.
I have a tendancy to get off topic unless we are going through combat strategies. For example... you talk about the Xbox 360, i'll throw in a topic about pie.
I tend to scare people with my said humor.
I taunt the other team uncontrollably sometimes.
I unfortunately combat granger sometimes and don't even know it (still getting out of the habbit).
I enjoy "Toteming' other players. This means i like to sit on a tyrants back.
I have a random personality, accompanied by ADD, explaining my off topic behavior outside of serious situations.
The things that I look for in a clan are:
1. Numbers: I'll willingly admit that I am more of a builder than a fighter and have trouble playing things outside of the granger (aside from the basilisk) Making me a weak target.
2. Empathy: If a family member in my family or anyone elses family dies, i want to be able to talk to the clan members about it or comfort a clan member without someone saying "No grieving on ______ server please" (actually happened).
3. Acceptance: I do not want to be persicuted for religious beliefs, political beliefs, or beliefs in general if someone brings up a topic of such. More or less, i will not participate in said topic, because it gets nowhere.
4. Non Anal: If i have to leave the game for a month or two because of work that needs to be done, i don't wanna hear "Z0mfg!11 H3's Ab@ndoning teh guild!!1 Kick him!1" because the chances are that I will be on again.
5. Humor: People who can take a joke. I'm irish and i enjoy the irish beer jokes. As long as no jokes about one of my dead family members (Intentional) are involved.
6. NO FUCKING DRAMA!: Self Explanitory
You could try and see if i fit into the guild, I will not be upset if I am not suitable. Even I know that sometimes the squirrel is not suitable with a pack of guinea pigs.

Jetpack camp is pretty usefull if you are aiming well and you can safety support your team from the air. [Good strategy to use during clan wars]

It seems rather cheap though.

Jetpack isn't a bad tool in itself, whats bad is using jetpack in atcs to just sit in the sky and do effeciently nothing to support your team and irritate the hell out of aliens. You're really only putting displeasure into the game for both sides and when I see jetards in ATCS during a public game I'm swift to grab my MD and go double agent for a breif amount of time.

When I see the Jettards in atcs, I think to myself, "Free evos!" Of course, I would need to be a goon to do this. But, on humans, I find defending base with a jetpack and a lasgun much more finacially rewarding than with a lasgun camping behind rets.

As long as you don't overdo it, the noise can be a real bitch to your teammates, but yes a jetpack can be very effective in battle especially in mass rushes. If you just sit in base spamming with a jetpack though that is only hurting your team. I love taking a jetpack hall with chaingun, its a goon's nightmare and it allows you to take 3 hits from a rant if you can turn it off soon enough, otherwise the speed slowdown is suicide.

On larger maps like Niveus and Nexus6, jetpack can help a ton. :jetpack:

Grounger is a class, it's a demented form of granger. Only 1 in about 1 million grangers have the mutation, so I don't blame you if you haven't noticed it Iron ;)
