NOOB now i dont know about you players but for me thats not a reason now i know all admins arent power hungry assholes some are awesome and make the game better to play but its admins like these that put NEW players off trem and after i tried to defend the player he banned he then muted me i would like trem to make sure there arent admins like these

Any power crazed loser can make a server, there's nothing anyone here can do about it.
Play on decent servers that have decent admins :).

This. Find a server you like and hang around. Maybe one day you too could be an admin.

Some servers have rules against noobs. Learning takes time, finding another server doesn't.

There are plenty of newbie friendly servers, and there are many servers have rules and policies to cater for their specific subset of the Tremulous community which you may or may not be a part of, and these rules are frequently enforced by the administrators of those servers. Some servers require that players demonstrate a given skill level to play.
As previously stated, if you object to the rules, player base or the administrators of a particular server then it is down to you to find a different server that you are comfortable with.

Do try to spectate some decent players(middle mouse click) or read up some guides if you can such as http://www.tremwiki.com/ (http://www.tremwiki.com/). Due to the nature how tremulous plays, it's easy to get kicked/baned for example, just doing something as simple as 'trying to move base'. Ultimately like what taiyo said, there's a server for everyone (unfortunately, there's none for me :-X).

Lurking is definitely recommended. Especially when it comes to building. Try to see what other people do, and follow them. And remember, if you're about to do something big (like deconning the last armory or reactor), warn your team first and see if anyone objects to it.
