Title: Client update problems LINUX linpus lite.....

Hi guys

i was wondering if some could help me with a HOW TO update client for tremulous on linux linpus lite all i could find on the net was how to do this for ubuntu i even tried to do same taking into consideration most things are in different places in ubuntu to no avail.

if someone could please give me a step by step on how to do to do this it would be much appreciated as i am addicted to tremulous and the is no HOW TO'S out thier for this with linpus lite.

Most of the tutorials are distro-independent.

Download the new binary, and dump it over the old one.  Where the old one is depends on how you installed it, assuming you used the proper installer look in /usr/local/games/tremulous/

Hi

I found were tremulous is in the system its /usr/share/tremulous and i installed it via package manager
is the binary i need to dump over it the tremulous.x86 file
if so do i just dump it in base or do i need to activate it or something cause i have already put that in the base file and nothing happened it still comes up that i need to update client etc ???.
