How about giving us *some* idea of what you're talking about. Is it a mod? A port to another engine?

Starting a project is fun. But keeping it up is really hard. There are many projects that turned into dust.
Communicate frequently with your team members.
Make a todo list with DEADLINES!
Every member should make a schedule so they can find time to work on the project.
Create a community and do not ignore their feedbacks.

I am currently the only one coding but im getting help from a few other long time coders, what we really need right now is a coder who is into this project and wants to help us out right now.

but im currently learning with a wee bit of help from Amanieu and DevHC_
