This is a great song for playing the morning after. Don't listen to it until then though. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BX7Ar3Z-oTo&feature=related)

i recommend some Finnish Folk Metal

check out Finntroll, Korpiklaani & Ensiferum

also, u might enjoy some trucker/biker/stoner/sh!t-stompin' metal, like:

Five Horse Johnson, Sixty Watt Shaman, Dixie Witch or Halfway to Gone

ofc, some many years ago when i was into keggers and parties at the quarry we useta lissen' to Southern Rock:

Allman Bros., old Charlie Daniels Band (before "The Devil Went Down to Georgia", like back in the "Uneasy Rider" era), Marshall Tucker Band, the Outlaws, etc.

and of course, for true drunkeness, you could enjoy some David Bromberg, Tom Waits or really, really old J. Geils Band (way before MTV ruined them)

It's not the hearing loss you have to worry about, more about overdosing on asprin.  ;)

Pah newbies... Make your own music...
Either do karaoke or better still google some drinking songs and compile a songbook. All you need then is a long table, dark suits and vodka. Aaaah good times.
If you can get someone to sing this and upload it to youtube I will give you a virtual cookie.
