Title: Experi-Mental Map Pack :-: Experiment One Release

Finding the 'Ol Standard Team Death Match getting stale? Want something Fresh and New?
Well here it is!

So what is it?
The 'E-MP' is a series of maps each offering a different gamemode and game mechanics. (Objectives other then simply; Annihilate the Enemy)

The map pack will grow as new maps are released.

Note some maps will require the AMP (Adv. Map Patch) (http://tremulous.net/forum/index.php?topic=11768.0), as it has been released, this of coarse is no longer a problem.

Experiment One - "Guard it with you LIFE!"
- Gamemode: Statues
- Map Name: Clash
- Version: Beta 1
- BSP Name: Statues_Clash_b1

How to play:

• To win the round you must destroy your oppositions Primary Structure (Overmind/Reactor).
• During the first 45 seconds you will have the opportunity to build a base before your enemies bear down on you.
• As added defense each base has forcefields which prevent anything from getting into the base, However they are powered by a generator out front which can easily be destroyed.

Looks interesting. Who's mapping for this project, and is it hosted anywhere yet?



P.S. Makes me want the Unvanquised mod even more.....   :'(

I'm the only one mapping, though if you can help me get 'Your_Face' and 'Brain' interested then this pack could become massive.
As for servers hosting, that would be no-one I'm afraid :S. However if you can tolerate a ping of around 200 (I'm in Australia :P ), PM me and I can host a couple of matches :D (My time zone is GMT +8).

Also I'd like to congratulate the Person responsible for the CTF map in 'Amsterdam Unlimited's rotation, you beat me to it :P (Though I was going to use Granger/CKit as opposed to Tyrant/BSuit)

We would be happy to host it on AA Mods...

@BumbullBee: I would love to see on any servers, as for what I play on, it's a matter of ping and players (And AA tends to have the best of both :D, for me anyways).

Bee: There is another server called AA which doesn't stand for AussieAssault. Dunno what it does stand for, however.

I is op of AA mods, and I'll put this map on as soon as possible.

I just want to say this is a totally awsum map, I'm really glad to see AMP is catching on ;D
