Finally, I decided to change the color of the aliens blood(yellow), I think it was better than red, more disgusting :P. i improved the particle system, and made a minor change in the buidables, I modified the textures of the acts in 3 different ways, which are available in separate paks(modern, day, night).

Lucifer cannon looks hot! However, Superpie's footprint is all over the place.

I used some scripts of superpie, some things had been edited by me, but, the other things had been made by me.
some questions, somebody knows as to place glow in prifle and others weapons?
it is possible to place explosion/impact effects in the Lcannon and others weapons?
and it is possible to add bullets trains? and more blood?

I put this mod in my server, sound didn't change. I know the mod has sounds inside, but my Tremulous isn't loading them :S

the explosion effects of the alien's buildings are good, so I'm improving the explosion effects for human buildings : )

about exploding buildings> no, I try to make nice effects, without significantly reducing the fps(my philosophy: your computer runs quake 3? then, it will run my mod without problems, :P)
about Blood doesn't "stick"> works perfectly here, maybe you should try to cause damage to the alien that are close to the walls(this effect works better with humans, as the blood "flies")

Blood doesn't stick to walls or to... anything. Just falls and disappears under the floor.

understand, this is normal, as if to put marks on all the particles, would greatly reduce the fps.
I'll straighten it out in a way that does not look so unrealistic

perhaps, I use my mod in the pure tremulous(default), could be some setting in the game, I do not know what would be, because here it works perfectly.
apart from that the mod worked well?

I don't know if you ever thought of implementing this but how about making it so that the aliens bleed green blood and the humans red =P. Its just me personally but don't mind my little suggestion though e_e.

yes, but, can not change the color of blood just using scripts, some images should be replaced by other ( gfx/blood/..), some blood images are slightly colored red, then the blood is not green in game

@Ackman, if you're using gpp, there's an option under software graphics to change the high quality or low quality of particle physics. This defines whether or not particles collide, which in turn kills them, which in turn triggers the on_death particle system, which in turn creates the blood.
Turn it up to high quality.

Anyway, while I really like what you have done with particles (especially blood), I don't find your versions of skins better than default ones. It's probably because they are really hard to improve - as they are just really well done.

Well, I don't like neither new sounds (except medi one) nor some skins. If a final version of this mod is released, I'd probably use a mix of superpie's, my-own-little-changes(spartalol) and this one.
Oh, and... blood should be like this one in 1.2 :D (it's still not working for me)

yes, rs.in other stages, humans are more aggressive, i intend to do something similar for alien granger :granger:(if possible).
only adapted to a personal taste :)
I do not want to copy / mix the style of others, I am trying to do something unique style, example: superpie is more colorful, my mod is a little darker/violent/action movie :P.

however, humans die with few attacks, just pour more blood.
aliens can regenerate quickly, so have / produce as much blood ;D

Mercenaries Guild member. Sounds are stolen from alien vs predator game series. The only thing i liked is the human skin. and i think the tatoo on the arm isn't needed. Blood? its red for aliens and when you evolve th blood comes like waterfall.

All sounds in Tremulous are free because the game is licensed GPL.

The light on the ground suggests a very bright moon. If you manage to get that sorted out somehow, it would look perfect. :)

Hm, maybe ease up on the smoke effects just a bit. I like them a lot, but too much smoke makes it look like the gun is malfunctioning. :P

not always, firearms release lots of smoke(we assume that in future the powder is stronger). already in the energy weapon, it is because they overheat ;D

this mod only works on impure servers, does not work on pure servers, or you can create a server and use this mod : )

@wolfbr - You can see buildable acid THROUGH the wall... (when a buildable is destroyed, someone on the other side of the wall can see the splatter etc through the wall... Fix for that?

Modern ATCS Is awesome even if the textures don't all fit properly or display backward. I know there's not much you can do about that in a texture pack.

I do not know, maybe be a problem at the map, I'll try to fix it.

exactly, this problem is the map itself, but I think it gets interesting image type mirror :)

The main changes were in effects and particle system.
the effects would not be so exaggerated that neither the wolfbrmod, I think most people would like.

Its amazing what you can do only with particle/texture replacement.

I did something similar, check the fist page (wolfbrmod classic).
the defalt sounds and textures were not changed, just i added some effects and gfx.

Is the visual mod supose to work only on atcs because if i try to play a different map it boots me out of the game. :-\
