1) take atcs.map and make upside down
2) poof atcsupsidedown.map

It's in the mercenaries guild's map repository (http://downloads.mercenariesguild.net/maps/map-atcs-upsidedown.pk3).
I think he wants the .map for it.
download it (pk3) and open it with winrar, and extract the .map file?
