Title: Evovling near enemy

I understand why you can't evolve near the enemy.
My problem is that when youre under an attack at your own base, you have to leave your base for a certain distance, evolve, and come back.

Call me crazy, but would allowing evolution while touching or being within immediate proximity to the overmind be too much?

I believe its to stop players sneaking above a base as a dretch, releasing wallwalk and changing into a tyrant mid drop.

I believe the proposal at the end of the last thread on this topic was to limit it withing a set distance of human structures.
