hey this is Maxikiller,
i am playing often on your server and i think i am a fair player. but sometimes(or in the last days more often) there are some people who do not behave right(they tk all the time or decon...). to prohibit this i want to ask you if i could get admin rights. i talked to Vapid and he said i should just post on forum.well now i did it^^

Why don't you apply on their forums then? This is a forum for the GAME tremulous, the dev's have little to no control with what people do with their servers.
