Title: Strange Glowing egg and MD problem.

So, everyone who goes on my server is having this problem with these weird glowing eggs and the MD looking strange. The server has also been lagging much more than normal. The problem originally started when i was running the p-g qvm, but when i switched it to Lakitu's the problem remained there.
I'll attach some screenshots of the problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.

check the pk3 files in your game folders

That MD looks kinda familiar, so I'm assuming it's part of a custom skin pack someone made.  I'd guess you have an errant pk3 on the server somewhere.  Find it and delete it and sorted.

MD looks like an old model of Superpie's visual mod, if you don't like it just remove it.
