Sorry for replying so late.

Yes, ITA is a community, not a clan.
We are organizing 2 clans with ITA's players but the commmunity itself is free.
Our forum is in italian and on our server we usually speak italian (if our team is made up only of italian players, of course) but if you think you can understand our rules you can join without problems.

ITA was born to let italian players meet, understand eachother, learn playing and having fun, so if you can understand a bit of italian language you're welcome.

This does NOT mean we don't like people that cannot understand/speak italian, but the commuity is based on our rules and on our forum, so if you can't understand what we say how can you enjoy the community?

If you can there's no problem: join us!
