I would recommend Lakitu 7's QVM (http://projects.mercenariesguild.net/projects/lakitu7-qvm/files) for Tremulous 1.1 and Aardvark's QVM (http://rezyn.mercenariesguild.net/aardvark.php) for Tremulous 1.2 GPP.
