I know we've had a bulk of variety of these threads, but they are long lost in the off topic's many pages so I decided against necroing one. I think it'd be nice to have one now since a lot of people have made changes and it would be nice to have one which includes the main things asked about. It's always fun to see what/why people have.
I personally use
Google Chrome
Windows XP
Self Built Comp from New Egg
I also have Ubuntu installed but I never use it.
I just recently switched from Opera to Google Chrome. I still like opera and have it but chrome is definitely going to be my default browser from now on. Just set up lastpass and a lot of other extensions for it and I've loved all the features and speed so far. Opera has had some random closing issues since I upgraded from 9 to 10 so thats what inspired the switch for me.
PS, you can select up to 8 options in the poll.(Should be more than enough)

archlinux, opera for most things, old version of chromium i'm too lazy to update to run flash, firefox for quakelive, dell because it was dirt cheap for something that runs idtech4 games at 60fps with maxed graphics/16xfsaa/16xaniso

Linux (Various)/Chrome/Self-built
Chrome is a pretty recent switch for me; it's still kind of buggy under Linux, but the extra screen space is hard to live without after using it for a bit.

On this little laptop... HP/windows XP/Chrome.

Linux (Multiple Distros) / Firefox/Opera / Self Built
-
- Mac OS 10.x (Tiger through Snow Leopard)
- Minefield (the nightly compiled dev alpha version of Firefox - you can get it via Mozilla's FTP server)
- Chrome (if I feel like clean simple no-extension browsing)
-
-Win. Vista/Ubuntu
-Chrome/Opera/Firefox/Minefield (Used to have Safari at one point too, but I won't make that mistake again :s)
-Crappy 2-3 year-old Gateway laptop that has surprisingly survived numerous repartitionings and numerous Linux distros, Windows XP, and at one point even OSX (didn't go too well).
p.s. Minefield rocks for when you need something done quick, while still having most of Firefox's functionality.

Wow how could I forget Konqueror *facepalm*
It doesn't seem I can edit my poll, only my posts. So if any of the mods feel like editing my poll feel free to add in Konqueror and 1 other decent linux browser.
ASUS fan boy heh? I've never used anything from ASUS.

They went down the drain over the past few years. Wasn't so long ago Asus were dominating the market with their products. It's the same now, except they're penny pinching on components and everything from them seems to have an excessively poor build or short lifespan.

firefox ftw.

This is totally at least the third time I have tried to reply. Stupid awesome and surprisingly affordable malt liquor >:(.
Anyways, I'm running some outdated version of Puppy Linux as an OS, with SeaMonekey for a browser, and Slayer and Megadeth and Metallica (before the Black Album, anyways...) for the soundtrack. tehj Fumblefingsers and speelingf are provideded by your troulby (but mostly malt liquor).
Anyways, Windoze XP totally broke, so at the last minute of Fall '09 I burnt a CD of Puppy Linux at the very last minute vecause it was well under 100 someghing odd megabyties.
It toally works, though, and SeaMoneky is toally fast compared to Internet Explorer anything. Also, I rather enjoy having dedicated buttons for opening and closing tabs. An d all my files are still there, but Windows don't work.
Also, Slayer rocks.
And I seem to be able to install but not run Tremulous. I am far more troubled by this when I am sober. At least, when I have time. Which, quite franky, is rarely.
