I don't, I made an AI that hunts down every game server in the world and then finds one best suited for my tastes and connects me.

Isn't there this server browser made for Quake based games?, i forgot the name..

OT: I do use the server browser :p

I just use the in-game server browser.

I'm sure I could use ASE or the other browsers, but then I would have to download them, install them, update them, and figure out how to make them detect Tremulous.

Why bother when the in-game brower works fine?

You don't need to memorize IP's, dns lookups work.  Example:

tremulous +connect trem.tjw.org

It works fine as a browser, just when you try to sort by column things go a little..kaka.

Guess I'm a weirdo for not using it. Thanks for voting though, this proves how much it needs to be fixed:)

That is irrelevant and doesnt answer the question WHAT is oh so wrong about ingame server browser?
Sorting is fixed in svn and can be used now if you copy /ui dir from svn to .tremulous/game/.
Mouse wheel scrolling was patched by Me and hopefully will be included in svn.

I'm one of the few poeple that voted No. Been spoiled using ASE for games for years now. Had it set up for trem and was constantly adding servers while there were less than 25...


Using qtracker now :p
