Title: update admin.dat, layout

If you have an old admin.dat that does not work with your Tremulous 1.2 beta server, you can update it with conv-admindat (http://betaserv.tk/hacks/conv-admindat) or the web interface (https://betaserv.tk/admin.dat)

If you have old layouts that do not work with your Tremulous 1.2 beta server, you can update them with updatelayouts (http://betaserv.tk/hacks/updatelayouts)

conv-admindat and updatelayouts are written in Perl and require the perl interpreter (http://www.perl.org/get.html)
