Title: [Map Request] Hamunaptra
Post by: Celestial_Rage on April 26, 2010, 03:47:16 am
I was wondering if Hamunaptra (http://downloads.mercenariesguild.net/maps/hamunaptra.pk3) could be added to the Official US Server (just to callvote it, I doubt it would be added to the rotation). It have always has great gameplay when I played and I like the overall look and feel of the map. No to mention, I can foresee some very fun Human and Alien bases on the map because it is so large.

I like it occasionally, but I think it's quite human biased?

Well, I guess those long passages kinda do give the humans an edge, but if the aliens build a good base with forward boosters and trappers, those long halls can be hell for humans because aliens can attack and run while the humans will have to walk far back to their base (unless they have a fwd medi I guess...).

Oh god, a repeater base in the large hall :-X that just might be the perfect place for a human base. /me goes off to try build a 20+ repeater base
EDIT: well I guess *only* 15 reps fit in that area
