Unable to find default tag file C:/Program Files (x86)/GtkRadiant 1.5.0/trem.game/shadertags.xml. No tag support.\
OpenGL window configuration: colour-buffer = 32bpp, depth-buffer = none
Texture load failed: "textures/"
Hmm What does that mean?

C:/program files/tremulous/base
(might have forgotten something before program files, I'm tired. Sue me)
Make a folder in /base called textures, make a folder there called [insert a name here], put your jpeg or tga files there.
Start radiant
???
Profit

No sufficient power from your pc/laptop (very rare)

Uh, no, if you're out of juice the PSU will trip out, or in unlucky circumstance and it's a cheap PSU it'll just blow (likely taking your motherboard with it)
