where is a library for codes?  :reactor:
if you don't get it, stuff like how to make a blaster blast 20 blasts per second.
and how will i add them onto a server?

negative help will occur that count dretchula will kill you.  :dretch:

All of those types of settings(blaster speed, reload rate, etc) is held in "tremulous.h". You have to compile your own QVM(Quake Virtual Machine) and run it on your server.
