I don't believe anyone uses Ventrilo really(I think I heard there's no Linux Support?)

Mostly clans use Mumble or Teamspeak.

there is some "unofficial" vent clients like http://www.mangler.org/ (http://www.mangler.org/) i haven't tried it though so i dont know how well it works

most linux users would prob still prefer to use mumble(or maybe TS3 i never really cared for TS2 and i haven't had much interest in TS3)

Mostly Voip is just used for scrims I think

It has, but it's disabled on the official servers since there's no interface to it. A shame really.

Mostly Voip is just used for scrims I think
`Mumbling` whilst playing, be it scrims or not, greatly enhances the experience imo.

Hmmm.
I'd like to be able to use it.
There will have to be a great amount of control used on a public server though.

I don't know about percentages but there are plenty of players that use mumble to "enchance the experience", as said by Cadynum. I recommend :)

Intriguing. I for one strongly desire then enabling of VOIP in the official servers as I have longed for a more efficient means of detailed communication other than wasting precious minutes typing out every bloody detail for my team.
