Reload animation idea for the Dev team to put on the pulse rifle. Just a test a practice animation for me. With arms.

Could be a bit smoother. For example, when the clip is being but back on the weapon it kind of detaches from the arm and just jumps onto the gun. And also when he back of the gun is being pulled back, the player's arm sinks into it a bit.
Other than that, it looks good. :P Good work.

Oh god, that's funny. The bit he takes off looks like it has almost nothing to do with the weapon entirely and he does it nice and slowly so everyone can see... At least the pulse rifle 1.2 has a better animation than that.

It looks good, but I think it should have a lil bit more...snap to it. Like Creature said, he does it nice and slow.

Gun looks pretty awesome. The animation could be faster, and using the handle as a magazine and stock to pull back is just weird imo.

It's really jerky and doesn't seem like he eases in and out of the animation.
I'd play with the IPO curves and spread out the keys.
Try to have the IPOs go slowly then have them accelerate to where the key is.....
If your serious about animation buy "The Animators' Survival Guide".
I bought mine on Ebay for $8 shipped and it's a VERY VERY nice book!
It's animation principles,
not how to use a software package....

It's an electric gun. It doesn't need to be reloaded in that sort of form.

would be interesting to do something similar with the other weapons, and add it in tremulous 8)
the 1.1 models is nice, but, are ugly in 1person :-\
