How do you change the amount of power that you get in a game?

Well, on another topic, it's supposed to be in server.cfg, however, it's not there. Anything that can fix it? :-?

Yes.. notepad can be stupid with the boxes.. but any text editor will do.. wordpad usually gets rid of the boxes for me.
