Thanks for not giving proper credits and for not respecting the license.
As far as I know there was no license on the original md3.py from http://www.katsbits.com/files/md3/blender-md3.zip (http://www.katsbits.com/files/md3/blender-md3.zip). Where did you get that info from?
I didn't notice that the md3_export.py had credits because I only used the md3.py. I will add the credit where it is due.

He made a so much needed md3 exporter for the new blender versions, also do give him credit yourself =P

Well I couldn't get it to work, but I don't exactly have the best luck making things work in blender.
So I installed it and tried to export to md3. Every time I click the export button it just cuts back to main view with no file created and no error message.
Could you translate/transcode the importer please?
P.S. I may just try importing md3s with the old blender, saving them as blends, and then opening them in 2.5.3 to export.
Hey, tried it with the Beta and got these errors

Exporter seems pretty solid here. But for animations keyed with "Rotation" (location works fine) there is major stretching/skewing ingame. No errors/warnings in the .log file.
