Welcome too Bioteck
A research facility.
This map is still a work in progress.
This map will be very futuristic and will resemble this concept--

Well, what you did looks quite nice, especially the details. However, I hope you are gonna change the textures. It looks a bit plain atm. Also, the floor is very simple. You could use some diffrent textures for it, making paths this way (like for example on nano) or place some boxes on it.
Is the railing the thing you mentioned in your post about rails. I think they could get quite close to the original by using a cylinder for the main railing and a square cylinder for the vertical parts.

THanks... But yea I would put rails there but when I size down cylinders the will not go that small... So Ireally dont know how too do it. O and thanks for giving me tips... please post more...

The brushwork looks quite nice, but the gray/repetitive textures need to go. Try to break all larger surfaces down with some details. Also, try not to copy things too closely from other peoples concept art; just look for inspiration & mix different designs etc.

Let me be the first to note that an airplane or space ship "hanger" is spelled hangar. :)

HAY I WAS ABOUT TO SAY THAT... :(

HAY IS FOR HORSES.
btw nice start, looks good.

Yeah that's nice one, but textures need to be changed. Also, I have noticed on the second screenshot, that that "roof" or ceiling is about to collapse - some additional columns would probably remove that feeling.
PS. I don't recall this location from ME1 :o

That doesn't look too bad actually at the moment.
You spelled "to" wrong in the title.
