I don't think bloom is just the only thing, have you played urban terror?

it has (fake) GLSL materials (using chrome textures as ambience and using the chrome textures with the dynamic lighting shader to create an xbox 360 looking game/or xbox...)

so yeah any mod for that would be ok

actually I think people treat 1.2 like 2 IDK, they think it's all going to be the same :(

to be honest I think the devs should make a game like CS:s not the game in general but as in porting the old engine with the new (it makes things faster than creating a new game)...
