Title: Sounds is holding us?

SO a while ago people told me that the sounds or sound license is what are keeping the dev team from introducing any updates or any progress they have. I seen all the new models (guns and arms) But They are not officially posting anything updates.
 
Cant we just give them more sounds by creating them or thats not it.  So is it like they stole the sounds and put them ingame or what happen?

its explained at the forums but i wouldn't recommend that disgusting place.

There was an update yesterday...Now get creating sounds.
