Title: Different visions

Basicaly, They are different visions for different classes.

Aliens could turn on alien vision that makes humans be seen much better (even in dark conditions), but robotics, including battle suit look a bit transaperant.

Battle suit has a red eye on the model - we could activate it and have a red screen, but all organic things can be seen better, maybe even having a health indicator. See attachment of BSuit vision example.

That was my idea for tremulous also.
Alien vision alien classes see humans entire in bright red or orange color.
Also new Alien HUD would be nice showing healthbar instead of numbers.

Sounds annoying to me.  I'm not a big fan in changes of vision modes and never use them in games.  Drove me nuts in RE4 when you had to use the nightscope to kill the breathing things.

There will always be an option to turn them off... I see no problem.

I reckon they should make the BSuit vision look like a Terminator's vision. Attachments such as a built in Radar. And also make the BSuit wearer fire-proof so you can't self immolate.

Terminator vision - OK.
Fire proof - Always wondered why flamer is so unusable.
Built in radar - no. That's the downside of bsuit, and having the vision will solve this problem.

I have very little problems hurting myself with flamer in GPP, not sure about 1.1 though, dont add radar.. that would mess with balance
