Title: kick up the dynamic lighting

More powerful lights from guns and such would add to the atmossphere of the game. If there a way to turn up the brightness?

/r_overbrightbits [value]

Download a custom client: Segfault (1.2 gpp) or Tremfusion (1.1) and do r_bloom 1.
