Title: Are admin rights being handed out like candy?

... to lure all the stupid players into a false sense of power?  I'm starting to get that feeling from the forums alone.  Lots of admins who don't agree with each other and don't know how to be a real admin.  I still haven't played in months.  Obviously nothing has changed.  Long slow death to Tremulous!  ;D
