Anyone knows how to make a blur around the screen?

I had a patch for this, didn;t bother posting, look into glAccum stuff... its really crappy however.

If you look in the data-1.1.0 it is just a grey thing which is coloured and just spins, and is distorted to the screen dimensions.

That is not blur.
